Training and Development Coordinator
Position: Training and OD Coordinator
LAE or any major related
English oral skills - proficiency
Experience minimum 5 years in:
1.Detect training needs in order to know the requirements of the different departments that make up the plant, as well as the GPAS analysis that allows to know the training needs and to be able to elaborate the annual training program.
2.- Prepare and monitor the annual training program in order to meet the requirements expressed by the different areas.
3.- Follow up on the training of internal instructors that allow us to transmit and train our staff through the internal courses of our process. As well as supporting the implementation of the annual program.
4.- Follow up with the supervision to the training and Certification of the operative personnel in different operations in order to have trained personnel and fulfill the requirements of the skills matrix.
5.- Provide training courses to administrative and operational staff
6.- Compliance with the legal requirements of training before the STPS, in order to follow up on the legal aspects of Training, as well as the preparation of the skills records and their lists for presentation and compliance with the Secretary. of Labor and Social Security.
7.- Follow up with those responsible for the training process being carried out correctly and efficiently to the floor staff as well as checking that they update it in the skills matrix.
8- Administration and control of training files.
9- Monthly reports of the training carried out for the staff
10- Coordinate induction courses for new staff.
