Supervisor Production

Job Description

1. Give work assignments to the departmental employees

2. Plan and execute the weekly press/production utilization schedule

3. Oversee the activities of the production department and assist when necessary

4. Work with Quality Assurance personnel in an effort to maintain superior quality productivity to reduce the need for rework or re-processing

5. Notify maintenance of any concerns about plant and facilities with emphasis on problem prevention

6. Work with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and supervision to minimize manpower required on jobs to maximize production output

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Three to five years experience in related field

Computer knowledge, PPE
