Senior Engineer Quality Systems

The Quality Systems Manager will work on several projects related to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of new quality tools and systems. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the new QMS IQS project, analysis and improvements for management reporting systems, and standardization of quality systems globally.
• Structure Global KPI data for analysis, identify potential areas for optimization and coordinate with regional teams for implementation of these changes. • Analyse existing gaps for quality tools and support strategy development to close those • Create standard operating procedures for the specific QMS project assigned. • Coordinate assigned project initiatives for process standardization with regional teams • Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems for assigned modules • Manage timing of QMS project modules assigned for main events including: selection of SME team, workshops, training sessions, etc • Define guidelines and complete approvals for training material for assigned QMS modules • Act as a trainer/SME for QMS assigned modules. • Participate in activities related to software testing assigned by supervisor • Manage workshops and follow-up meetings with SME’s / resources in preparation for implementation of assigned modules. • Manage and coordinate BOS document review meetings with process owners in order to update documents affected by new software implementation • Other projects assign by Director Quality Systems • Interact with Global teams is expected (AP- EU&SA – NA)
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or Science related field. Five (5) plus years working directly in central or plant quality area or related functions. Qualifications include: Required Skills: Detail oriented with strong analytical and technical skills of AIAG Core Quality Tools: APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC. Working level knowledge of completing full program PFMEA and Control Plans Enjoying interdisciplinary work in cross-functional teams, team player Fluent in English, both spoken and written Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Share-point applications Ability to read and interpret technical standards and blue prints Ability to work independently Flexibility, initiative, commitment and goal-oriented behavior Other desired skills: Knowledge of BOS system and SharePoint sites Working level knowledge of DFMEA and applying content to PFMEA Working level knowledge of assembly and molding processesApply online now
