PTP Payments Junior Accountant

Job Description

• Preparing regular payment runs per scheduled calendar
• Payment process execution
• Processing of manual payment requests
• Processing of check payments
• Direct Debit and resolution of open payments
• Down payments postings
• Follow up on rejected payments
• Providing payment confirmation
• Provide support and timely react to other departments and internal customers
• Reporting related to agendas in team responsibilities
• Ensure KPI are met

Your Qualifications

• Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• 0 - 2 years’ experience in the Accounting department
• Accounting background and accuracy, MS-Office, ERPs - preferred QAD, MFGPro, SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in English + for HD – Spanish, German, Italian, Hungary
• Willigness to work 2nd shift (13:30- 22:00)
