As the Operations Manager will be responsible
for the overall operations at plant and will coordinates and directs all
activities within the materials and production departments will be responsible
for ensuring launch events happen successfully, including driving events on the
plant floor as required in a manner consistent with the Company Visions,
Mission, and Guiding Principles.
- Analyze and
calculate data to determine, develop, or recommend improvements in the
day-to-day operations of the materials and productions departments
train, and develop subordinate personnel
for the successful, cost-efficient operations of the materials and production
supervises the Materials and Production Managers
for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Materials and
- Carries out
supervisory responsibilities including training employees, planning, assigning
and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining

- Bachelor’s degree and five years related
- Leadership skills and supervision of large work
- Related experience, training, education and some
combination of all three may be considered.
- Automotive experience in a Just In Time (JIT)
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common
technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or
complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business
- Ability to effectively present information to
top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to work in a start up environment.
