Coordinate all current model running changes.
Control all aspects of coordinated changes.
Maintain Engineering Change Matrix.
Issue Engineering Change Bulletins to the Plant.
Host weekly Engineering Change Meetings. Support MP&L staff members with all engineering changes.
Attend weekly Change meetings at DCX (Chrysler).
Assist department in following all parts through life cycle from initial set up through balance out. Attend Production start-up meetings on the day of the change to advise of change and address any concerns.
Develop accurate balance out lists. Lead floor audit of all QAD BOMs and resolve all discrepancies. Audit QAD BOMs for all engineering changes.
Maintain Cycle Check Program and report monthly performance (book& analyze) Potential Obsolescence Inventory Analysis & Report Process Obsolescence Claims (supplier & customer) and back-up Inventory adjustments (as required Maintain SOX documentation as required.
Minimum 3 years of MP&L experience in scheduling, distribution and follow up with at least 1 year of experience in Engineering Change Control.
Degree necessary in Logistics or Engineering preferred.
Strong MP&L background including scheduling, parts follow-up, distribution, and inventory control. Proficient in WERS, CMMS, DDL, Excel, Access, Word, and Covisint Applications.
Proactive, self-starter, able to multi-task. Able to work with minimal direction.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills. Experience in structuring and auditing CMMS BOMs would be helpful. Experience with ILVS / FBR/ Broadcast would be helpful.Apply online now
