Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for
coordinating and facilitating activities associated with material flow and
inventory control to meet customer requirements on a timely basis while
maintaining a safe work environment.

Main
Responsibilities: 

1. Maintaining product
   identification and location program 
2. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them
3. Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
4. Monitoring and controlling
   inventory integrity
5. Must be able to work
   efficiently in a fast paces, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct
   data
6. Monitoring and controlling
   inventory integrity
7. Documents cycle counts per required procedures and obtain necessary
   approval to adjust system inventory.
8. Researches and root causes inventory discrepancies and resolves issues
   in a timely manner
9. Work with materials, quality and operations
   team to reconcile inventory, receiving, delivery, presentation, and/ or quality
   discrepancies with inbound or outbound products

Your Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s
Degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or two years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

1. Recent
   experience with Cycle Counting/Inventory
2. APICS certification preferred
3. Detailed understanding and experience working with MRP systems
4. Computer literate working knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
5. Experience with MFG-PRO
6. Accurate Document Control
7. Previous experience in Supply Chain and inventory control; experience in
   repetitive, just-in-time manufacturing, beneficial
8. Effective oral and written communication skills
