Yanfeng Global Automotive Interior Systems Col, Ltd.(formerly JCIM) the world's largest automotive interior supplier seeks a Financial Analyst for its Bryan, Ohio manufacturing site. Under the supervision of the Plant Controller, the Financial Analyst performs supports services in Finance at the facility. Key job responsibilities include:
*Develops and maintains stqandard costing into MFG Pro system.
*Analyzes standard costs on a periodic basis and reviews variances, including prep of monthly volume/mix/price variance and OPS and CCAIF bridges.
*Reviews all transactions associated with inventory. insures all month end tasks are completed, signed off, etc. Journal entries, account reconciliations, etc
*Reconciles intercompany balances with other locations
*Coordinates year end audit, accounting & tax packages for auditors
*Coordinates physical inventory with Materials
*Assist Plant Controller in area of costs and budgets through the review of operations and criteria used for developing cost standards and expense budgets to establish acceptable base for measuring product cost, expense control and Plant performance.
*Assists with profit plans and forecasts by analyzing financial data and advise management of monthly performance.
*Assists in preparing appropriation requests and the justification of same for capital expenditures to insure that the funds are being requested in accordance with corporate guidelines.
*Ensures proper account distribution for purchase requisitions submitted through observation and review or work orders and project status reports.
*Reviews plant procedures to determine cost saving effectiveness of meeting plant goals.
*Act as BOS & SOX internal auditor and coordinator for the department.
*Provides back up to Plant Controller.
*Cost Analysis and support of pricing opportunities.
*Responsible for Plant's Accounts Receivables and Payables.
*Maintains and monitors plant fixed assets.
*Performs manual billings as needed.
*Initiates spot buys/prepayments
*Helps with external auditors
*Responsible for Fixed asset inventory.
*Manages open PO report.
*Prepares ship to bill reconciliations
*Supports daily and monthly reporting as needed.
*Supports customer/vendor set up process.
*Assists with CI tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
5+ year related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Working knowledge of QAD, MS Office (Word and Excel) with MfgPro and Hyperion a plusApply online now
